A “class” is any product available for purchase from Wild At Heart or accessed via this website. A “customer” is any individual/entity that accesses this website; creates an account; orders; accesses courses via WildAtHeartSATX.com, or signs a contract with Wild At Heart to allow any entity or entities to order or attend classes at Wild At Heart.

Wild At Heart is dedicated to providing its customers with exceptional and personalized service.

Parents/guardians will receive confirmation of their registration via email and by SMS text message via the phone number associated with their account. The email will include (a) the dates and times of the classes; (b) the location and its address; (c) participant information; (d) emergency contact information; (e) individuals authorized to pick up the child(ren); (f) dietary restrictions & food preferences; and (g) information on cancellations.

Wild At Heart classes and its website are available for access 24 hours a day. Wild At Heart has office hours Mondays through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with the exception when class is in session. Contact us by calling or texting (210) 549-8883, or email us.

All materials presented on or accessed through the website, including but not limited to website content, class descriptions, class content, downloadable resources, and images, are the property of Wild At Heart or are used by Wild At Heart with permission from the copyright holder. Accessing this website or purchasing products or services from Wild At Heart does not provide or imply any ownership of these materials. Customers may not provide materials to other parties or incorporate them, in whole or in part, into other trainings or materials, except where permission is expressly granted by Wild At Heart in writing.

Customers must have individual accounts with a valid, unique email address. The account is automatically created when a class is booked. You may access your account or parent/guardian portal by clicking here and entering your email address for an access link.

No refunds are given once a payment has been made, unless the class is cancelled by Wild At Heart. Credit that may be applied to future classes may be issued in lieu of a monetary refund. For our refunds policy, please click here. 

Each class requires a minimum number of participants to run. The decision to hold or cancel a class is made in most cases three business days prior to the start of the class. Wild At Heart, however, reserves the right to cancel a class at any time due to unexpected circumstances.
